Cut & Past Special

How can I cut and paste special, only
those cells that are in view.

I drag the area that I want to cut and paste,
when I paste special, it includes columns that I've hidden.

One way:

Select the area with the cells to copy. Choose Edit/GoTo/Special and
select the Visible cell only radio button. Click OK, then Copy.

Hit send too fast.

Note that this works with copy, not cut, which doesn't allow
discontinuous ranges. But after the paste you can clear the contents of
the visible cells only selection.

Do the copy.
Then F5>Special>check Visible cells only>OK
The do the pasting.
