Hi,

In one column in my record I can have date up to 250 words long.

When that is printed on the report it doesn't all appear.

Is there a way to have it all fit on the report without stretching the
little box half way across the page. And so it does this automatically to fit
however many words there are.

E.g. Have it moved down a line (lie how you can widen a row in excel to have
it all
show)

In report design, click on field to view properties. There is a property
called "Can Grow". If you choose yes, it will grow down instead of across.
