cut and paste problems

I am currently experiencing problems in both Internet and
Windows Explorer when I attempt to execute a paste
action. I have checked for Blaster worm corruption and
have found none. This problem seemed to begin after
installing Apache web server v2.0. I have subsequently
uninstalled it. Any help on a fix for this would be
greatly appreciated.

Can you try rolling back your system files using System Restore? If you know
a date when this problem did not exist, just type "system restore" into Help
and Support, and choose the link that mentions the Wizard. It will walk you
through.

Thought about that. Unfortunately, when I ran the Blaster Worm fix, I turned
off system restore, thereby eliminating previous restore points. Stupid me.

describe precisely what the problems are?
