I have an easy question. When I open a program then I go to open a file how
do I change the file that pops up? For example I will open the Excell
program. After I open the program I need to open a file so I go to open a
file and when that window pops up I have to open documents and settings then
I have to open a file that I call Misc. Info, then I have to open a file that
is called excell spread sheets and then I can open the file that I need. Is
there a way that I can skip all that and have that open file window
automatically open up in the excell spread sheets file?

It's going to be different based on the application, but for Excel go
to Tools - Options, then the General tab, and set the value for
default file location.
