Customizing Windows XP Problems....Please HELP!!!!!!!!!

I'm trying to customize my Win XP Home desktop and I downloaded new
icons from a website, which according to microsoft was a reliable
website. After i downloaded them and put them into effect, something
went wrong. I would try to open a folder by double clicking it and a
new windows would appear as a search window. This happens on both of my

accounts on the same computer, even though one of them doesn't have
this theme. The stuff I downloaded was XP-iCandy. Please help...

Hi sansri88,

D/load and run Doug Knox's folder_open.vbs which "fixes the problem where
Search or Command Prompt opens when double clicking a folder":

You may receive a warning from your Antivirus program regarding the .vbs
file possibly being an unsafe or malicious file.......there is nothing
malicious about Doug Knox's .vbs files, they are safe to d/load and run.
