Customizing Windows Explorer

How do i get Windows Explorer to remember to open to the
last way I set it up? For ex., in Project, i can set the
program to pen the last file used. How do I get WE to
remember how I want it to look? It never remembers that
I don't want to oen to My documents, but rather to a
subdirectory i created.
