customizing views in outlook 2003

P

periferral

I want to customize the look of several folders in Outlook 2003. I
know how to do this for each folder but cant seem to find a way to get
this done globally to apply to all folders.
I read through several posts and found solutions. A common solution I
found seems to be
go into views, arrange by, customize, and open the define
views dialog. select the view by name (not "current view") and Modify
to
remove the grouping."

However, in my case there is no "Define Views" in Cutomize (In fact
its not called Customize in my case but Custom...).
I am running outlook 2003. Output from help->about is
Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 (11.5608.5703)

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Do you have "Current View" at the bottom of the list? Look under that flyout
menu.
