Customizing User Destops?

i am running XP Pro SP2 and have 1 Admin account and 2 user accounts created
via Computer Management console. What i would like to do is remove some icons
fromt he 2 user accounts ie. some connection icons i have on the admin
account that i dont what elsewhere. can you do this?
 
Go to All Users folder and add/remove icons you want on all desktop profiles
and add the other admin icons under the admin account folder (Docs and
Settings\User\Desktop in root drive).
