Customizing Toolbar

When I customize my toolbar in Excel it stays for a few
days then it's gone and I have to redo the customization.
What can I do to keep it as I want it?

customizations are stored in a file with and *.xlb extension. Find yours,
and determine why it might be changing. (make a backup of it after you make
customizations, and you can then just open it as you would a workbook to
restore them if they disappear)
