Customizing Shelltoys XP 1.04?

Son of Spy's site says of this program that
"A central control panel lets you hide any toys you don't think you'll
use (you can switch them back on again in a couple of seconds with no
restarts). You can also 'move' selected items you use frequently from
the ShellToys XP submenu to the main part of the context menu."

Can anyone explain how to find this control panel or how to move
items? I can't find anything in the help file. I'm even starting to
wonder if I have the same version that SoS is describing. Mine weighs
in at 2265 kb and seems to be 1.04. It's from the Rareware site--

My description of v1.04 is in error. It refers to a later payware
version of the program. 8^P.
