Customizing shell

Hi,

Can i customize the shell while XP loads up. I donot want to show default
XPe sheel when my device boots up. I wnat to show my own shell. Plz provide
me something to look at in order to incooperate this.

I will look into that. One more thing, Can I use Themes for this. I have to
show the user my look and feel fisrt at lognin but user can switch to windows
look and feel and vice versa. So Will Themes be better choice or the custom
sheel will be better choice.
