Customizing Outlook flag dates and times

Outlook Help says I can customize the dates and times for flags, but I cannot
find out how to do that. I'm using Outlook 2007.

For example, how can I change "Next Week" to be due the following Monday,
instead of the last day of the week?

And, can I add a choice that will mark something due in a fixed timeframe,
say, of three days, regardless of when the work week ends? I work in the fire
service and my firefighters work a 24-hr on / 48-hr off shift schedule. If I
could set a flag for a fixed interval of three days, items would be due their
next on-duty day.

you can customize the flags individually but you can't adjust the 'next
week' flags - they will always be due on the last day of the week. You can
control this in tools, options, calendar by changing the first day of the
week and work days.

Fixed intervals are not possible.

Thanks, Diane, for the info. Maybe changing the days of the week will help
me. Too bad I can't set fixed times...

But, how do I custimize the flags individually?
