Customizing Business Contacts form

I've been able to work around publishing customized forms
once Business Contact Manger is installed in the beta
version of Outlook 2003.

I have ran into two additonal problems.

1. I get an error message that says "Business Contact
must have a Full Name. Please enter Full Name before
saving." The only workaround that I've found is to add a
character to the Full Name field. Is there a better work
around?

2. I tried custmizing the Business Contact form and
publishing it as a new form in Business Contacts. I
received the error message "Unable to publish form due to
a MAPI error. Out of memory or system resources. Close
some programs and try again.". My email profile uses an
Exchange server plus some local PST files. I can publish
the form to my contacts folders but cannot publish and
use in Business Contacts folder. Any workarounds?
