How do I edit forms in Business Contact Manager?

When trying to edit the "general" page of any business contact manager form,
such as business contacts, I receive the following error: "business contact
manager was unable to initialize this form". The whole first page of the form
is grayed out. I can edit the second page just fine, but the first page just
won't work. Is there something I can do to fix this or is it just part of the
deal?

Well, I figured the problem out to some degree. The screen is programmed to
appear in the form if it can't load the other items in the form but I can't
send this field to the back so that I can see the rest of the form. If I
delete the field, then it messes up the form slightly. I also don't seem to
be able to save the form with a blank name field after I edit it. By placing
one character in there I was able to save a business contact manager form
with custom fields but unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a way to assign
a different form to the business contacts folder. I haven't started playing
with it yet until I can set up a practice database on a different computer,
but I might be able to create a new folder with similar functionality that I
could then assign the custom form to, giving us business contact forms with
custom fields. Why can't this be easier?
