Customized Send button

Thanks for taking the time to read my question.

I am making a form for the first time. I'd like to make my own send button,
so that when the user clicks it, it creates the reply, and sends the e-mail
all at the same time. Is that possible? I suppose then I should hide the
regular reply button and other buttons on the ribbon at the top.

Thanks,
Brad

Creates the reply to what? I can't visualize your scenario. Also, who is
going to be using this form, and who are they sending to?

Hi Sue,

Thanks for the reply.

The Scenario is:

Our HR dept sends out a compliance letter regarding Internet use. The
message (uneditable) contains what we can and cannot do with company
internet. At the bottom of the message is an Accept and a Decline button.
When clicked, the reply is auto generated and sent. The reply will be wether
or not the user clicked Accept or Decline. The message is sent back to one
person.

I'd like to set it up kind of like when you install new software on your PC.
there is the Accept Decline buttons at the bottom after the installer is
started. Either you Accept the terms and install the software, or you decline
and don't install the software.

Thanks again,

Brad

Can you publish Outlook forms to the Organizational Forms library on your
company's Exchange server? If not, your scenario is not workable.
