Customize Outlook Today

I keep clicking on CUSTOMIZE OUTLOOK TODAY (in order to
prioritize my task list in OUTLOOK TODAY) and nothing
happens. Any idea of what's going on?
 
If this is Outlook 2000, the following MSKB article provides the fix for
this issue.

OL2000: You Cannot Customize Outlook Today After You Install Critical Update
