Customize Outlook Today

When I click on the "Customize Outlook Today" button, nothing happens. Any suggestions?

this has happened to me too.
Unfortunately I can't remember what I did to fix it and
since I had to reformat my drive this week - I'm back in
the same boat.
There's some sort of crazy work around with this, and I'm
almost positive I had to call a tech at Microsoft last
year to help with the problem.

If it's Outlook 2000:

OL2000: You Cannot Customize Outlook Today After You Install Critical Update
