Customize Outlook Today doesn't work

Hi:

When I click on Customize Outlook Today nothing opens.
I have tried uninstalling the entire Win. Office 2000
application and re-installing it. (Didn't help)

Any ideas? Please respond directly to (e-mail address removed)
