Customize Outlook to Create Appointment Calendar and Homework Plan

I am a full-time student (of the "non-traditional" sort -- meaning I'm over
40). Trying to manage different calendars is too time-consuming and prone to
errors (easy to forget to post things on all calendars). Therefore, I need a
calendar/planner that shows appointments and homework assignments for the
day/week/month just by posting the entry one time.

This is what I "need" (or what would make my life a whole lot easier):
--Homework planner that shows assignment details and views/prints by
the day/week/month.
--Calendar that incorporates the homework planner with the appointments.

I have Outlook 2003. I also have Active Desktop Calendar by XemiComputers
(xemico.com), which incorporates the Outlook Info into its calendar. I am
able to "almost" do what I need on both calendars. I imagine there is a way
to do exactly what I need but I just haven't figured it out!

I appreciate any advice that you can provide.

Don't use separate calendars, use categories. You can filter your calendar
display by category and print only the Homework category, or whatever you
wish. Categories always work better than separate folders, for exactly the
reason that you cited.
