Customize or add bibliography style in Word 2007

I find that none of the bibliography styles fit my need. I am currently using
ISO 690 because it has the lest issues to my requirements. The only one issue
with ISO 690 is that, for a two-author reference (e.g. an article with
authors M. Anders and J. Read), it outputs (Anders et al., 2007) while I want
it to be (Anders and Read, 2007), just like that in MiKTeX. Could someone
tell me how to customize the bibliography style in Word or add a style from
Office online.

G'day,
I've also got the same problem, using the same style. The only way
that I could find to get around it was to enter the authors in such a
way that word only recognises it as one author
So rather than
"Smith, J; Thomson, A; Wilson, K; Anderson, T"
Replace the " ; " with " , "
"Smith, J, Thomson, A, Wilson, K, Anderson, T"
This is not fool proof though, as sometimes word will somehow
recognise it and reformat it with a comma, or some such. It may take
a bit of playing...
Hope this helps

First of all, thanks for the reply, Robo_2943.
I tried your solution but it did not solve my problem. For your example,
output of ISO690 is (Smith et al., 2007) and yours is (Smith, 2007), which is
not the style I want.

Ah, sorry, my mistake. I was using the ISO690 Numerical Reference,
and assumed that you were referring to the table of references.

There is a way to achieve this, rather than using a " " {space} when
you enter the authors into the references details use a " " {En
Space}.
You can do this by first adding an En Space into your document
somewhere, using the insert symbol command (En Space is found under
the "Special Symbols" tab) and copying, then pasting this into the
author section of your reference.

Hope this helps,
