Customize opening of explorer to expand My computer??

Is there any way to set up Explorer to open so that it expands all of
the disks when it opens? Presently, my documents is expanded , but My
Computer is not. I would prefer just the opposite, as I don't use the
My Documents folder, prefering instead to keep things on my f: drive.

Thanks, all. I used the same commands in the Run dialog box so that it
opens Explorer in the same way.
