customize my tool bar

I have XP Professional. I used to have XP Home. I am
currently using Outlook Express as my default browser. I
am trying to update my tol bar so I can see and add
emotion cons to my emails. I used to be able to see
ecards, smiley faces, and ebusiness cards all along my
tool bar at the top of my page. How do I get that back?
What do I need to do?

Hi Robbie,

That is not a default of XP nor OE. OE is a mail client not a browser. You
were obviously using third party.

No Kenny,

Hotbar is not harmless. For one it corrupts the right click Folder/New in
such a crippling way in XP for many users.
