Customize My network places view

Hi,

Can I know how do I customize My Network Places to view
only workgroup computers as default whenever I launch My
Network Places?

Delete the obsolete shortcuts from the C:\DOCUMENTS AND
SETTINGS\{username}\NETHOOD folder.
