Customize Form Confirmation page

Is it possible to customize the Form Confirmation page? If so, how do I find directions

All you need to do is make an HTML page and design it anyway you'd like.
Then right-click on your form, choose Form Properties and put in the path
and name to your confirmation form.

I've tried that (all day long) and cannot seem to get the inputted information to forward to the customed confirmation page.

and the confirmation page is: http://www.ewebsites.ws/galeriaposada/membership-printout.htm

one thing too - if you are accepting credit card details over the net - I'd get
it on a secure connection 128-bit SSL (using the https:// URL).
