Customize Folder Design

I'm using Outlook 2000 SR-1 with NT as part of our corporate software (Sad,
but true)

I'd like to customize the design (font, appearance, icon, etc.) of the
folders that appear in the tree in the "Folder List" pane of Outlook.

Can someone provide instructions on how to accomplish this?
