When working in Outlook 2003 in the Mail View (i.e., folders on the right in
tree form) messages on right with no preview pane, I have been told that
there is no way to increase the Font size of the Folders. I have already
changed the desktop resolution, but would like to know for certain that this
element cannot be changed.

Of course my request is URGENT - Thanks!!!!

Hi,

I have exactly the same question as you and am very upset about it. Outlook
2003 rely on the system font (and only GOD knows why?) for the mail folders
panel (only!). This a nice gift from Microsoft for the Outlook users. You can
change the mail fonts, mail styles and all these kiddie settings, but that
all.

If you want to change the mail folder font (but it will affect all the
font/font size in all the folders i.e. in explorer). You can do it in the
advance property of the display windows, by selecting ICON and increasing the
size or changing the font.

For a short cut (do the following): Push the Window key + R (opens the run
command). Type: desk.cpl + okay. In the Display Properties window, go to
Appearance, Advanced. Select: Windows and buttons, and scroll down to ICON.
Set as you like.

IF ANYONE HAS A REGISTRY KEY TO CHANGE THE MAIL FOLDERS FONT SIZE IN OUTLOOK
2003/2007 (ONLY) PLEASE ANSWER IN THE THREAD! MANY THANKS IN ADVANCE.
