Customization of Mouse-Over buttons

In previous versions of FP I used to be able to make a
customized hover button with a graphic. In FP2003, that
doesn't seem to be an option. Anyone know how to do it
from within FP?

JAVA hoover are deprecated (and JAVA support is not global)
- they are still available in the tool well
(View Toolbars Customize Commands and drag it from the Insert Menu to your toolbar)

The Hoovers have been replaced by Interactive Buttons which use std images and JavaScript
