Customise Outlook Today

Hi
I have been using Microsoft Office 2000 running under
Windows 93SE for several years but now find that
the "customise Outlook today" button no longer works. I
have not made any changes to the way in which the program
is configured and cannot find the reason for this problem.
Does anyone have any idea as to how this could have
happened and how it might be rectified?
