Customise Outlook Today not working

When I click on Outlook Today (Outlook 2000) and Customise Outlook Today
nothing happens - it should give choice between formats (not many) and enable
one to choose what to see in Outlook Today, eg Calendar, Inbox,Drafts,
Outbox. Any ideas?
