Does anyone use, or can anyone recommend any freeware CRM packages

I have looked at ACT!, but I am assuming there is a freeware equivalent?

I've never used any CRM software, but Googling "CRM freeware" returns some
promising looking results if you don't get any recommendations. I really hadn't

And you didn't this time. I have searched extensively for this type of
software avaialble free. There isn't one.

Closest thing I've found is Tahoe Contact Manager which isn't free but
cheap, at $40.

That's the best IMO you're going to do.

Not quite right.
I've heard that CRMadar is quite good. Haven't tried it myself, though.
