Custom User interface

We changed motherboards after a 2 year run and I have created a new image,
BUT.

I used to go to GPEdit.msc and assign the Custom User Interface.

My new image is missing the "System" section under User Config -
Administrative Templates.

What did I forget to include?

Assuming you got the following components in your image "Security Shell Extension" and "Windows Security Configuration Editor Client
Engine". Copy secrecs.inf and sceregvl.inf files from XPe Repository to your run time under \windows\inf.
