Custom toolbars shift around

I use several custom toolbars in Word. When I open the first document of the day, they appear in their proper places but when I open other documents the primary toolbar, usually on the left, has moved to the right and I must keep re-placing it to have all the buttons in the places I want them. Is there anything I can do about this?

Blow away the Word data key only.
