custom tool bar

I use 10 or 12 pictures over and over again and I would like to create a tool
bar where I can just click on an icon and insert the picture (or clipart) of
my choice. Is this possible? I wold be using MS Word for most of this
application.

If you right click on an empty part of the bottom of the desktop tool
bar there is a setting for a new tool bar, the rest is just setting it
up. A suggestion would be to put all the photos or clip art into one folder.
