Custom taskbar

I have been playing with my taskbar and it looks really nice. I have a custom
quick luanch for all my games on the right, reqular quik luanch on the left,
adress bar tool bar on the bottom and the MSVDM powertoy to the right of
that.

The adress bar lets you use run commands from the taskbar (friggin awesome)
and open up webpages and network drives and local folders instantly.

I'm looking for some reg edits to
1. Allow me to move objects directly under the start bar, (space is reserved
under there)

2. Remove the address text and the go button so it is simply a blank text
input.

3. Resize the address bar.

I wish regedit was a little more intuitive. Like in a pocket pc, becuase the
registry is so tiny you can find what you want just by looking and playing.

1. WTF would there be registry settings.
2. Remove Go in IE, use nortmal ways to remove Address
3. Use normal ways
