Custom slide shows

I have created a presentation of 15 or so slides overall. within the
presentation there is a "custom show" of 4 slides which are hidden. I have
an action (to ru the custom show) assigned to a graphic and it works fine,
but once the final slide of the custom show has finished, the show ends and I
want it to return to the slide with the graphic and then continue thru the
original show, i.e.the remainder of the 15 slides. Any way I can get the
custom show to go back to the original slide and then continue? I'vetried
adding a hyperlink to the slide, which does work but at the end of that slide
I am retuned to the final slide of the custom show.

I'm using Windows XP & PowerPoint 2000

Cheers

I don't have 2000 so I'm not sure if it's different, but when you link to
a custom show, there is a check box for "Show and Return." If you check
that, it should return to your slide upon exiting the custom show.

Not on my version there isn't. I've seen this "Show & Return" previously so
I searched the Helpfile for it - guess what? - Not found, so I assume that
in 2000 it wasn't available. Are you on 2003?

Yes, I'm in 2003. In case, you're looking in the wrong place (I doubt it,
but it's worth a shot), you might check out the Custom Shows section of
the Dynamic PowerPoint Tutorial:

If you don't have it, I guess it's not in 2000.

I've just fond the "Show & Return" check box - I swear it wasn't there at any
point in the last 5 hours!

Thanks for your help.
