Custom Reports

Followed the below and can't see COSTUM COLUMNS?

Searched and Read post on creating custom reports.
"You can open any report related to business contact and click modify. On the
right side, you will see a list of things you can modify. Under columns, you
will see a group called custom columns. You can select the columns you want
and they will appear in the report.

In order to access this report again, you will have to save it to folder.
You can open them in future by going to BCM->Reports->Open Saved Reports."

"Custom Columns" will only appear if you have created some custom fields for
the entity (i.e. Account, Business Contacts..etc) you are querying on.

Custom fields are created by clicking the 'Customize this Form' button on
any of the entity forms. Then, you can go back and query the reports for that
entity and you will see the 'Custom Columns' appearing.
