okay guys! i found the solution myselves, and it was so
simple. i had like to share the same with you.
solution:
1.click on the printer in question.
2. click on file>server properties>forms.
3. click on "new form" and specifiy the custom paper size
and save the form by giving it a name.
4. now you can select the customised paper size.
