Custom labels are stored in the registry on a per user basis at:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Word\Custom Labels
where 10.0 is the Word version.
Use regedit to export this registry key to a file. Supply the file to your
users and get them to merge the patch into their registries.
***NOTE*** Custom Label formats are not transferrable between different Word
versions. *****
