Custom Keyboard Shortcuts Wiped Out on Reboot

I was happily surprised to figure out how to customize your own keyboard
shortcuts. I saved them on the normal.dotm file and it worked great; however,
upon reboot, they were all cleared again! Does anyone know the solution to
this?

Never mind - I figured out that our MIS department runs a script to replace
the .dotm file on startup with a company-themed template.
