custom form

I have created a custom form for a message in outlook. I go to file -->
New -->Choose form while I create new messages and send to people. Is it
possible to reply or forward to someone's email with the custom form? Is fo
how?

Not without first converting incoming messages to use a custom form.

What features does your custom form provide that you'd want to use in replies and forwards? Maybe there's a simpler solution.
