custom error page

I'm trying to create some custom error page for 403.6 I would like to add a
graphic on the default 403-6.htm page. I created the new page but the
graphic does not seem to show up. Which folder should I put the graphic in?
My page works fine but it just does not have the graphic in the correct
folder.

interpub\webserver\winnt\help\iishelp\common

I place the graphic in the above folder along with the 403-6.htm page. Is
this correct?

You will see a custom error page leaves your site open to deduction of your
Web structure. I would not do it.
