custom dictionaries

Steve

I am using more than one custom dictionary at the same time. When I find a
word that is MS Word thinks is mis-spelled (not in either dictionary), is
there a way to choose WHICH dictionary to add the new word to?

Unfortunately, not in current versions. It will always be saved to whichever
custom dictionary is marked as the default.

As Suzanne says, this isn't supported in any newer version of Word. It can be
done using a macro, however. As I recall, I posted the code for this to the
spelling.grammar newsgroup "recently" (during the last six months). If you're
interested in a macro solution, you can try a Google-search for that message
thread.
