Custom Command Button Help

Hi,

I need a command button when 'on click' enters a date (=date()-Weekday(date())+2) into a field in a form. Is there a way that this can be done?

I would like to have four buttons to choose from, those being; THIS WEEK, NEXT WEEK, WEEK 3, WEEK 4. All will contain a date code to show the first day of that week.
