Cursor

My cursor is a square black block rather than a line. Also, when I write an
email it comes up as "bold" letters and I can not change the highllited "B".
I, also, can not change the font. The square cursor also appears in Outlook.

See if pressing the "Insert" key will change the cursor back to a line. The
Insert key should toggle the cursor between the block and the line whenever
you press it.
