Cursor problem

when i open pointers and try to change it i get this kind
of error. the C:\windows\cursors\arrow_il.cur file, which
contains the normal select cursor is either missing or
corrupt. How can i fix i have windows xp pro.
 
Chris, do a system file check. Start>Run type: sfc /scannow have
the winXP cd in the cdrom drive.
