Cursor move soooooo slooooooowly

Why is my cursor moving so slowly in my editor ?

It is NOT the settings in the control panel.

It is both slow by vertical og horisontal movenments but
when the yellow box from the Intellicense system is
displaying the cursor moves normally in the horisontial
direction.

I HAVE tried to repair the installation.

Why is it so slow ?

You may want to check task manager, and sort by CPU to see
which process is hogging your CPU.
