Cursor insertion point vertical marker

I am working in Microsoft Front Page 2003 and the discussion group there sent
me to Windows for this question. Quite often when working with Front Page
and making tables, the cursor insertion marker is very hard to locate because
of the color and size. It appears much smaller than say the one that appears
in these message windows and if you are working with blue colors its almost
impossible to see when it is next to a table border. Is there any way to
make this marker bigger or brighter or anything other than what it is?

Control Panel -> Accessibility Options -> Display tab -> Cursor Width.

Change to a different cursor scheme: Control Panel> Mouse> Pointers>
Schemes or change the cursor for Text Select only: Control Panel> Mouse>
Pointers. Click to highlight Text Select. Then use Browse to select a
different I-beam cursor.
