Problem: Some XP professional PC's lose the cursor off
the edge of the screen. Is there a quick fix to stop this
happening.

There could be two reasons for this. One is that the display area is
stretched beyond the monitors edge and the other reason may be that you have
a dual monitor setup and the cursor is simply moved to the area of the
second monitor. In the case of the display area being stretched - there
could be two reasons for it. First is that the display is not adjusted
properly and you need to adjust either the monitor or the software for the
display card. Secondly, this may be just a intentional setting that allows
the display area to be larger than the screen and the way it works is that
the display scrolls as the cursor moves outside of the visible area, but
this does not seem to be the case.
