cursor activates without clicking!

Help!

With several windows open, moving the cursor wo another
screen will activate it WITHOUT clicking. I want to
click to activate a screen.

Is the setting in Control Panel? Mouse? Display?
Folder settings???!

This function is Active Window Tracking. You can turn it down using
registry editor - but it's not so easy ;-)
