Current Time Formula

Hi

Is there a formula to show the current time in a cell that update
every second as the computers clock does,even if there are no change
to the spreadsheet

This really isn't recommended because it'll slow XL's
processing ability greatly. Nevertheless, Ingrid Baplue
posted some code on how to do this:
